I have to admit getting this brand in particular because it's the most affordable (Php 99) hence less disappointing if it doesn't work.

Actually I've been looking for something like this for some time now. I first got to try their hand sanitizer a couple of years ago after seeing it on display at Cupcakes by Sonja. I remember it was red velvet scented and came in an adorable spray bottle. Back then, seeing the logo reminded me so much of the international brand, The Balm Cosmetics. I later found out that Messy Bessy is home grown and has been in the industry for a decade now.

Hello everyone! I'm back with another review on several products I got from Sample Room. If you're still unaware, Sample Room is the only sampling website in the Philippines dedicated to empowering consumers with the privilege to try out certain products before buying. It's unfortunate that our local market doesn't prioritize sampling and only offer trial products to purchasing customers. What about those who don't want to splurge on stuff they know nothing about? Good thing Sample Room debuted in 2012!

Hey everyone! I am back with another tech accessory review and this time it's about the Monfrotto Pixi Mini Tripod. Last year when Sam and I went to Disney World, I couldn't have taken beautiful photos of us together without the tripod I brought with me. It was actually a freebie from one of the events I attended and it got broken a few days after our trip. I haven't been on the lookout for a replacement but after seeing Henry's branch in Trinoma, I just knew it was about time to get a good quality tripod.

Hey everyone! Last weekend I attended the Project Vanity 10th Year Anniversary celebration at the Shangri-la Plaza with good friend and fellow blogger Christine of allaboutbeauty101. The event, as expected, was a huge success! I was able to meet Ms. Liz Lanuzo, the rest of the PV team and several other fellow bloggers who graced the occasion.


Before heading home, Christine and I did what every makeup enthusiast does when in Rustan's, snoop around! URBAN DECAY: NAKED 3 Palette

Hey everyone! I didn't want to mention not having any blog posts for weeks but it seems the best way to start this entry. I've been trying to upload blog photos directly from Macbook and the process is slowing me down a bit hence the lack of blog entries. For this entry, I am reviewing my very first Urban Decay product ever, drum roll please... The NAKED 3 palette! I've been wanting to get my hands on any of the Naked palettes for years now but being a newbie in makeup made me wonder if it's really practical to get all three. After carefully considering the price, wearability of shades and the looks I'm able to pull off, I finally zeroed in on this palette with rosy-hued neutrals.

I have to warn you though that I'm a makeup enthusiast who's into simple everyday makeup and my favorites are based on products I've used so far. If I mention a favorite concealer, it may not be the best among all the ones available in the market. I'm simply featuring the stuff I love to use based on the products I've already tried which may be limited compared to those who live and breathe makeup.
