Hey everyone! Last weekend I attended the Project Vanity 10th Year Anniversary celebration at the Shangri-la Plaza with good friend and fellow blogger Christine of allaboutbeauty101. The event, as expected, was a huge success! I was able to meet Ms. Liz Lanuzo, the rest of the PV team and several other fellow bloggers who graced the occasion.


Before heading home, Christine and I did what every makeup enthusiast does when in Rustan's, snoop around! After checking out several products we both love, we ended up visiting the MAC counter and boy was I elated to see my new found favorite, the MAC Lightful C Quick Finish Compact with SPF 50/PA++++, wait for it... on SALE.

Kidding aside, I'm celebrating my birthday month and it's crazy how stuff I love from my childhood are still in the mainstream like Hello Kitty! Over the past years, we've seen so many Sanrio merchandise for all ages. Today, almost everywhere you look, you'll find beloved Sanrio characters on clothes, shoes, school supplies and even makeup! URBAN DECAY: NAKED 3 Palette

Hey everyone! I didn't want to mention not having any blog posts for weeks but it seems the best way to start this entry. I've been trying to upload blog photos directly from Macbook and the process is slowing me down a bit hence the lack of blog entries. Being a Microsoft user my entire life, I still have a lot to learn about Apple so please bear with me.


For this entry, I am reviewing my very first Urban Decay product ever, drum roll please... The NAKED 3 palette! I've been wanting to get my hands on any of the Naked palettes for years now but being a newbie in makeup made me wonder if it's really practical to get all three. After carefully considering the price, wearability of shades and the looks I'm able to pull off, I finally zeroed in on this palette with rosy-hued neutrals.

If you're into makeup or just about to plunge into the cosmetics world then you're in for a treat.

I have to warn you though that I'm a makeup enthusiast who's into simple everyday makeup and my favorites are based on products I've used so far. If I mention a favorite concealer, it may not be the best among all the ones available in the market. I'm simply featuring the stuff I love to use based on the products I've already tried which may be limited compared to those who live and breathe makeup. With that out of the way, let's continue shall we?

2017 is about to conclude in a few hours and now is probably the best time to round up everything that made this year worth reminiscing.
